COVID-19 Coronavirus information
To protect patients and staff and limit the potential spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus, we are managing as many problems as possible over the telephone or via video consultations. Given the current levels of high demand please consider pharmacy support and advice from www.nhs.uk
Until 1st August 2020, in order for us to continue to provide services to our patients, we have taken the decision to use Lodgeside Surgery to see shielded patients and TEMPORARILY divert all other patient care to our St George Health Centre site - see Appointments for full information.
If you have an appointment at Fireclay Health we are now asking patients aged 8 years and above to wear a face covering - this can be home made, a scarf or other improvised covering, see Appointments for full information.
***All online booking of appointments has been temporarily suspended following public health advice regarding management of the spread of coronavirus - see gov.uk/coronavirus for further info***
An NHS 111 online symptom checker is available which will advise you on any action needed - please use this instead of calling 111 where possible as they are experiencing very high call volumes. This service will also provide you with an isolation note if required.
