Praise, Complaints and Feedback
How have you found our service?
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that sometimes there may be cause for concern or ideas about how we could better run things. If any of these apply, we would wish for the matter to be dealt with as soon as possible.
Unhappy with our service?
We recommend you contact the practice directly, so we can discuss your issues and potential service improvements with you.
You can email or phone or submit an online Suggestion Form below
You could also contact our Patient Participation Group with whom we consult regarding changes/improvement to services.
You can complete this questionnaire more than once in your time with the practice but we would ask that you not submit the same feedback more than once in any year.
